(v) Payment through Salary

Email from Office of Finance ( 11 Sept. 2018)

Dear AIT Community,

Currently, there are high volumes of cheques for the management to sign. In order to reduce this workload, payment/settlement from now on will go through salary as much as possible.
Only Requests for Travel Authorizations (RTAs) and Promissory Notes (PNs) will still be paid through cheques because these cannot wait until the payday. Settlements should be done no later than 1.5 month from the date the request was processed.

Presently, RRTEs and PN settlements are already reimbursed/refunded through Salary. This will extend to other Requests like Cash Purchase Summary (CPS) and other payment requests which will also be settled through salary.

The completed documents received at Finance Office before the 19th will be reimbursed/refunded in the current month Salary. The documents received after the 19th will be done in the next month salary.
